If you suffer with symptoms of bowel, bladder, prolapse , pelvic pain , menopause related symptoms or sexual dysfunction please do not hesitate to contact Clare for a 1:1 appointment. As part of your appointment an internal examination with your consent will take place. An individualised treatment plan will be recommended for you.

In this appointment your tummy/ musculoskeletal and pelvic floor symptoms will be assessed. Ideally the best time to have this check is 6 weeks post delivery. However if you are symptomatic , please call for an earlier appointment.

If you are pregnant and suffering with symptoms of low back pain, pelvic girdle pain or pelvic floor symptoms. Please do not hesitate to book an appointment for advice on how to manage your condition.

In this appointment we will have a chat with both you and your child about their symtoms. Lots of advice and tips will be provided. When necessary an observation of the pelvic floor area will take place with consent and parent present to determine how the muscles function. A detailed plan will be provided to work on at home.

This class is for patients under the care of Dr Gerry Agnew and who are booked for surgery. The class is a refresher class aimed at reminding of your exercises, good bowel and bladder habits in the run up to your surgery date. Ideal time to do the class is 3-4 months pre surgery date.
