About Clare
Clare Farrell qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from TCD in 2006 and started her career as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist in Mt Carmel Hospital.
From there she worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in the Coombe Hospital and gained experience in treating antenatal, postnatal and complex gynaecological conditions. In 2019, she stepped into the managers role at the Coombe Hospital and was responsible for leading a team of devoted women’s health physiotherapists and service development. She also joined the team at the National Pelvic Floor Centre working alongside Ms. Ann Hanly and Dr Gerry Agnew.
Clare now runs her own practice Family Physio (www.familyphysio.ie) and continues to work alongside the team in the National Pelvic Floor Centre St Michael’s Hospital. She is a mum to Chloe and James and this has given her the first hand experience of pregnancy, postnatal recovery and life as a mum. I am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, the postnatal stage, menopause and beyond.
